Introduction

Afshin Gharib is a professor of Psychology at Dominican University of California. His research interests include learning, memory and aging; the effects of humane education; and factors that influence student learning. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Brown University and his PhD in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
